A Throne in Service

Royal Power
in Service

The House of Oduduwa Foundation is the philanthropic arm of His Imperial Majesty Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II. Through the foundation, the Ooni channels royal resources, partnerships, and advocacy toward the empowerment of the most vulnerable members of Yoruba society and the broader African community.

Since its establishment, the foundation has supported over 20,000 widows and war victims, funded healthcare and education projects across Osun State and beyond, and convened international partnerships to address poverty, youth unemployment, and food insecurity across the continent.

The measure of a king is not in what he takes from his people, but in what he gives back.

Five Areas of Impact

Foundation Pillars

Healthcare

Free medical missions, hospital donations, and health awareness campaigns across Osun State and neighbouring communities. The foundation has facilitated surgeries, provided medications, and partnered with international NGOs on community health programmes.

Education

Scholarship programmes, school building and renovation, the Ojaja Mathematics Quiz (a flagship competition run with the Hopes Alive Initiative), and donations of educational materials to underprivileged schools.

Agriculture & Food Security

Supporting smallholder farmers with inputs, training, and market access. The foundation promotes food security as a foundation for economic independence at the community level.

Women Empowerment

The foundation works alongside the WOMB Fund and the Hopes Alive Initiative to provide skills training, micro-credit, and business mentorship to women, with particular focus on widows, survivors, and women in rural areas.

Peace & Reconciliation

His Imperial Majesty has personally intervened in multiple inter-community conflicts, deploying the moral authority of the Ife throne to broker peace in Osun State and across Yorubaland. The foundation supports this work with structured dialogue and community reconciliation programmes.
